When you are a primary teacher, an important part of your job is to remind children to express their feelings with a direct honesty. Here is how the same process can be applied between you and the negative forces at work against you in this world. (1) Be honest with your feelings and be willing to say “no” to forces that are not in your best interest.
(2) Tell them directly, intellectually and honestly.
(3) Repel those forces from your life.
